Dagger / Hilt on a Mac
Compile-time dependency injection for Android and Java/Kotlin · Mobile App Development
Dagger is Google's compile-time dependency-injection framework for Java, Kotlin and Android: the object graph is generated by an annotation processor (KAPT or KSP), so wiring errors fail the build instead of crashing at runtime. Hilt is the Android-standard layer on top, with predefined components for Application, Activity, Fragment, ViewModel and WorkManager. Added to a project via Gradle. (Not to be confused with the Dagger CI engine from dagger.io.)
