How to use this manual
This manual is organised into parts and numbered chapters. Each chapter opens with a short summary and a list of its sections. Watch for the coloured boxes:
Figures are numbered by chapter (Figure 3.2 is the second figure in Chapter 3). To print or save a PDF, use your browser's Print command — the manual carries a print stylesheet that lays it out as a book with page numbers.
