Prices are the total amount charged, including consumption tax. Current prices, and any campaign or promo-code price, are shown on the pricing page and on the checkout screen before you pay. |
| Other charges | None. Internet connection and data charges for downloading the software and using online features are paid by the customer. |
| Payment methods | Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Methods available for your order are shown on the checkout screen. |
| When payment is taken | One-time licences are charged when you order. Annual subscriptions are charged when you order and then automatically on each renewal date, one year apart, until cancelled. |
| Delivery | Immediately after payment is confirmed, your licence key is emailed to you and can also be found on the My Licence page. The app itself can be downloaded at any time from the download page. |
| Returns and cancellation | Because the product is digital, it cannot be returned once delivered. Instead, every purchase and renewal has a 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days of the charge for a full refund, no reason needed. See the Refunds Policy. You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the licence until the end of the period already paid for. |
