Lima launches Linux VMs on macOS with automatic file sharing and port forwarding; the "container machines" that back container runtimes (it powers Colima and Rancher Desktop). limactl start boots a VM; containerd/nerdctl or Docker run inside. FrontierStack's Containers pane lists Lima machines with start/stop/shell.

Run Lima with FrontierStack

Install or connect Lima; then check its status, ports and certificate from FrontierStack. The same screen links to firewall checks, Malware Audit and backups where they apply.
