ASSA ABLOY on a Mac

ASSA ABLOY locks; Yale, August, Aperio, TESA and the Vostio and Visionline hotel systems; through Seam · IoT

ASSA ABLOY makes Yale and August home locks, Aperio and TESA commercial locks, and the VingCard hotel locks run by its Vostio (cloud) and Visionline (on-premises server) access systems. ASSA ABLOY doesn't publish an API of its own for these, so FrontierStack reaches them through Seam, which ASSA ABLOY systems connect to: a Yale or August account, or a Vostio or Visionline site (Visionline needs Seam's bridge on the hotel network, and mobile keys need ASSA ABLOY's credential service). This pane is the Seam connection; paste a Seam API key to see each lock's online state and battery, each Vostio or Visionline system's health, and offline, battery and error alerts. Yale and August locks can also be locked and unlocked from here; hotel doors open with cards and mobile keys, so they are watched, not switched. A Visionline server is also an ordinary Windows server: pin it in Device Discovery or add it as a server to watch the machine itself.
