Zeek (formerly Bro) turns network traffic into rich, structured logs (conn, dns, http, ssl, files…) for threat hunting and forensics; complementary to signature IDS like Suricata/Snort. Install with Homebrew; run against an interface or pcap and ship its logs to Wazuh/ELK/Loki (Logging).
