Tailscale on a Mac
WireGuard mesh VPN · VPN
Tailscale builds a secure WireGuard-based mesh network between your devices, so you can reach this Mac's services privately from anywhere without opening ports. This entry installs the Tailscale client on this Mac — two variants (they conflict, pick one): the CLI/daemon formula runs headless via brew services, or the desktop app cask (tailscale-app) is the mainstream menu-bar client. To manage your whole tailnet, or to set up and control Tailscale on a linked server, use the Tailnet pane and each server's Headless Tailscale section (the AI can also run it via setup_tailscale) — that's where the on-server work lives, not here.
