radare2 is a open-source reverse-engineering framework; disassemble, debug and analyse binaries (PE/ELF/Mach-O) from the CLI. brew install radare2, then r2 -A sample (or rabin2 -I sample for headers, rabin2 -z for strings). Steep but scriptable; the open alternative to commercial disassemblers.
