Platform9 delivers managed Kubernetes (PMK) and a private-cloud director as a SaaS-hosted control plane driving your own hardware. Because the control plane is hosted on a public domain it uses real CA certificates, unlike the LAN appliances in this category. There are two API generations and which one applies depends on your deployment: the legacy Qbert API (https:///qbert/v3//clusters, authenticated by a Keystone v3 token taken from the X-Subject-Token response header and sent as X-Auth-Token), and the newer Cluster API path (/apis/cluster.x-k8s.io/v1beta1/namespaces//clusters behind an OIDC proxy with a Dex JWT bearer token), whose responses follow the upstream Kubernetes Cluster CRD.
