OpenDMARC enforces DMARC on inbound mail (checking SPF/DKIM alignment) and aggregates reports, running as a milter (default :8893) alongside OpenDKIM. Publish a _dmarc TXT policy and it applies none/quarantine/reject and produces the aggregate (rua) reports.
