Rspamd is a high-performance spam filter that scores mail with regex/statistical/DNS/fuzzy checks, DKIM/DMARC/SPF, greylisting and ML, plugging into Postfix/Exim as a milter. Ships a web UI (default :11334) for stats and rule tuning. Run on the mail server (apt/dnf or Docker); pair with ClamAV for attachment scanning.
