NVSwitch ties many GPUs into one all-to-all NVLink fabric (DGX/HGX, GB200 NVL). It's coordinated by the NVIDIA Fabric Manager service (nv-fabricmanager); check systemctl status nvidia-fabricmanager and its log, plus nvidia-smi nvlink --status across GPUs and nvidia-smi -q | grep -i fabric. On NVSwitch-based systems Fabric Manager must be healthy or GPUs won't peer. Monitor over SSH on the GPU host.
