Published by the National Tax Service on data.go.kr as '국세청_사업자등록정보 진위확인 및 상태조회 서비스'. The status endpoint takes up to 100 business numbers per call and returns operating status (계속/휴업/폐업), tax type (일반/간이/면세 etc.) and closure date. A separate validate endpoint checks number + open date + representative name. Data syncs from NTS about every 30 minutes, and new businesses take 1-2 days to appear. The development-account quota is 1,000,000 calls per day. It uses the user's data.go.kr service key after applying for this dataset. It uses the data.go.kr service key; KeyRotate stores it under Public Data Portal.
