Bluehost on a Mac
Shared and WordPress hosting (Newfold Digital) · Hosting
Bluehost is a large US shared, WordPress, VPS and dedicated host owned by Newfold Digital (the same group as HostGator, Network Solutions and Domain.com). There is no public account API, so FrontierStack looks after Bluehost sites from the outside and over SSH: add the site in Sites (its domain health check recognises Bluehost nameservers), watch its certificate and uptime in Alerts, and turn on SSH access in the Bluehost portal to add a VPS, dedicated server or shared account to Fleet. Remember that domains bought through Bluehost are registered with a Newfold registrar, so renewals and transfers are handled in the Bluehost account.
Run Bluehost with FrontierStack
Install or connect Bluehost; then check its status, ports and certificate from FrontierStack. The same screen links to firewall checks and backups where they apply.
Run it from your Mac.
FrontierStack installs, monitors and secures services on this Mac and on linked servers; and keeps your passwords and keys out of any AI's sight.
