Cloud-hosted; drive it with the flyctl CLI (brew install flyctl, aliased fly): fly launch scaffolds a fly.toml, fly deploy ships it, fly status/fly logs watch it. Nothing runs on this Mac — keep the API token in Keychain; the deployed app can be health-checked from the Sites pane.
