Terraform provisions infrastructure across 1000+ providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, Cloudflare, Kubernetes…) from declarative HCL; plan/apply with state tracking and a huge module registry. brew install terraform, then terraform init/plan/apply. State can live locally or in a remote backend (S3, HCP Terraform). Pair with Infracost (FinOps) for cost diffs and tflint/checkov for policy.
