Reticulum (RNS) is a cryptography-first networking stack that builds self-configuring, encrypted mesh networks over almost any medium — LoRa, packet radio, serial, TCP/IP, I2P — with no central infrastructure and strong delay-tolerant (store-and-forward) routing.
