Popbill (operated by Linkhub) is an API platform for e-tax invoices, cash receipts, e-statements, fax, SMS and KakaoTalk messages, and lookups such as account-holder checks. Partners apply through the developer site's partner-request form, and the LinkID and SecretKey are emailed to the contact. Test (test.popbill.com, ServiceID POPBILL_TEST) and production (popbill.com, ServiceID POPBILL) use the same LinkID/SecretKey. Every call needs a 30-minute session token from auth.linkhub.co.kr. The token is issued for an access_id, which is the 10-digit business number (CorpNum) of a Popbill member, so a CorpNum is needed in addition to the key pair. The public sample LinkID 'TESTER' is refused for token issuance (code -99010013).
