ORCA (日医標準レセプトソフト) is the Japan Medical Association's open-source medical receipt/billing (レセプト) system, widely used in Japanese clinics. Server software on PostgreSQL (also offered as WebORCA). It provides the ORCA API (HAORI/WebAPI) so reception, billing and insurance data can be linked to EHRs like OpenDolphin and other services.
