OpenDolphin is a Japanese open-source electronic medical record (electronic karte) system; a Java client/server EHR commonly paired with ORCA for billing. Self-host the server (GlassFish/PostgreSQL); it exposes REST endpoints for clinical data, useful for clinics integrating karte data with other systems.
