Nebula Sync keeps multiple Pi-hole v6 instances in sync; replicate one primary's lists, settings and DNS config to replicas on a schedule, so a failover Pi-hole matches the primary. Docker (ghcr.io/lovelaze/nebula-sync); runs as a scheduled job (no web UI). Pairs with keepalived for a redundant DNS VIP.
