Minut makes privacy-safe sensors for short-term rentals and managed homes: noise level (without recording audio), crowd/occupancy, temperature, humidity, smoking and tamper detection. FrontierStack connects to the Minut API v8 and shows every home and sensor with its last readings and battery. It can alert when a sensor goes offline (Minut marks one offline after 3 hours of silence), when its battery runs low, and when a home has a noise disturbance in progress. All of these go through Alerts, so a noise alert can reach the property manager on duty through a contacts preset. Access. Minut opens its API only to accounts it has approved; its help article ties this to the Enterprise plan; ask [email protected]. Once approved, create an API client at web.minut.com ▸ Settings ▸ API clients and paste the client ID and secret here. Sensors report about once an hour, so FrontierStack checks every 10 minutes, well inside Minut's rate limit.
