Noise & occupancy sensors for rentals (Enterprise API) · PMS
Minut makes privacy-preserving sensors for short-term rentals — noise level, occupancy, motion and climate, without recording audio. Its API is at https://api.minut.com/v8 using OAuth2, and GET /v8/devices lists sensors. API access requires the Enterprise subscription and is not self-serve: credentials are issued by request (email Minut describing your intended use). The published API specification requires a login to read, so field names could not be verified here — confirm them against your own account before depending on them.
