Ceph RGW (RADOS Gateway) on a Mac

S3/Swift object gateway on a Ceph cluster (self-hosted) · Object Storage & S3-Compatible

The Ceph Object Gateway (RGW / radosgw) exposes a Ceph cluster's RADOS storage through S3- and Swift-compatible REST APIs, with users, buckets, quotas and multi-site replication. Stand it up on a Ceph cluster (default endpoint :7480; front with HAProxy/TLS for production) and manage users/keys via radosgw-admin. For the full cluster (block/file too) see Ceph under Storage & NAS.
