Instatic is an open-source, self-hosted visual CMS/website builder; a drag-and-drop canvas whose editor, content engine and publisher all run in one Bun server, publishing clean semantic HTML with no framework runtime. A built-in AI agent edits the page as real editable nodes (bring your own model; Claude, OpenAI, OpenRouter or local Ollama), and built-in forms write submissions straight into your own SQLite or PostgreSQL tables. git clone + bun install then bun run start (admin on :3001; dev server on :5173), or run the ghcr.io/corebunch/instatic Docker image. MIT-licensed; a self-hosted alternative to Webflow/Framer. Back up its SQLite via the Database Health pane.
