Zendesk Support on a Mac

Cloud helpdesk; tickets plus live email-distribution monitoring · Helpdesk & Ticketing

Zendesk Support is the widely used hosted helpdesk. Beyond ticket volume, FrontierStack watches the part that fails silently: email distribution. Every support address is checked for its live SPF, DNS/CNAME, domain-verification and forwarding status, and the suspended-ticket queue is watched; that's where inbound mail that failed to become a ticket piles up. This matters beyond support mail, because a Zendesk support address is a common relay for *transactional* mail: SaaS vendors routinely send Okta/SSO invitations, password resets and account notices through their Zendesk address. When its SPF or forwarding breaks, those invites are silently dropped or land in spam while the sender's dashboard still says "sent"; the failure nobody notices until someone can't register. Connect it below with an agent email + API token (Admin Center ▸ Apps and integrations ▸ Zendesk API ▸ Token access), and a broken mail path raises an Alert.
