Vector is a fast open-source pipeline for logs and metrics: sources feed transforms written in VRL, then sinks such as Loki, Elasticsearch, S3, Splunk or cloud platforms. Install it locally with Homebrew or deploy it to linked Linux hosts; its optional API commonly listens on :8686.

Run Vector with FrontierStack

Install or connect Vector; then check its status, ports and certificate from FrontierStack. The same screen links to firewall checks, Malware Audit and backups where they apply.
