Toss Place makes the Toss POS terminal and app for offline stores. Its Open API lets a registered developer app read store data (merchant info, orders, payments, catalog, discounts, delivery) and receive webhooks. An access key/secret key pair is issued per app in the Toss Place developer center, and the app can access only stores that have installed it. merchantId is not the 10-digit store number used to log in to the POS. Order creation and payment-recording APIs need extra approval. Rate limit: token bucket per store, 100 burst plus 10/s.
