SureM (슈어엠) provides enterprise SMS/LMS/MMS and Kakao message sending. Its REST API (rest.surem.com) mints a bearer token from a user code + secret key and then sends via /api/v1/send/sms. Both the homepage and the API returned nginx 403 to our probe from outside Korea, consistent with IP allowlisting/geo-restriction; public docs were not found.
