Sendbird provides chat SDKs and a server-side Platform API. Each application has its own base URL https://api-{application_id}.sendbird.com/v3 (Delight AI agent apps use api-{application_id}.svc.delight.ai). The master API token is auto-generated at app creation and cannot be revoked or changed (Dashboard > Settings > Application > General > API tokens); secondary tokens can be created, listed and revoked and are recommended. status.sendbird.com redirects to a login-gated dedicated status page, so no public status page is available.
