Riverbed SteelConnect EX; the SD-WAN branch and hub gateways (Versa FlexVNF) managed by a Versa Director. FrontierStack's Edge Appliances monitor signs in to the Director's REST API (port 9182) with a read-only account and lists every gateway in every organization with its reachability, services status, config sync and critical alarms, alerting when one drops. The Director's release is checked against CISA's exploited list (CVE-2024-39717 was used against Directors in 2024). Riverbed no longer sells SD-WAN, and monitoring doesn't depend on that; the older SteelConnect CX / SteelHead SD line has its own entry.
