Ppurio (뿌리오, 다우기술) offers a '연동 API' at https://message.ppurio.com. An API key is issued in the Ppurio web console (연동 개발 인증키) for the account; the client exchanges account ID + API key (HTTP Basic) for a bearer token at /v1/token and uses it on /v1/message and /v1/kakao. The token response includes an expiry; clients typically re-mint hourly to daily. Sender numbers must be pre-registered. Whether a server IP allowlist applies is not confirmed, though the token endpoint echoes the caller's IP (userIp) in its error response.
