Onity on a Mac
Onity hotel locks (Trillium, Serene, DirectKey mobile keys); no public API; monitor the OnPortal PC and track the DirectKey plan · PMS
Onity (Honeywell) hotel locks; Trillium, Serene and ADVANCE; are standalone: each door holds its own records and is programmed with cards and a portable programmer, so there is no network lock to read online state or battery from. Management runs on OnPortal, Windows software that talks to the PMS, and DirectKey mobile keys run in Onity's cloud. Onity publishes no public API: its DirectKey SDK is offered only to hotel brands and approved partners, and Seam lists Onity as planned but not yet supported. What FrontierStack can do today: watch the OnPortal PC and its card encoder host like any other machine (pin it in Device Discovery and turn on its offline alert, or add it as a Windows server), and track the DirectKey or support contract in Spend & Billing as a lock subscription so it alerts before it lapses. When Seam adds Onity, it will appear in the Seam pane with no further setup.
