MLflow is the open-source platform for the ML lifecycle; experiment tracking, a model registry, projects and deployment, and now LLM tracing/evaluation. Install with pip (pip install mlflow) and run mlflow server for the tracking UI on :5000 (back it with a database + artifact store). Self-host or use a managed offering.
