InspIRCd is a modular, high-performance IRC server (IRCd) in C++; load only the modules you need (TLS, SASL, cloaking, spam filtering…). Configure in inspircd.conf and run inspircd. Listens on 6667 (plaintext) / 6697 (TLS). Pair with Atheme or Anope for network services.
