Guesty is a short-term-rental and hospitality management platform aimed at larger property-management companies; channel management, unified inbox, payments and automations. The Guesty Open API is at https://open-api.guesty.com/v1, authenticated with OAuth2 client credentials (POST /oauth2/token, grant_type=client_credentials, scope=open-api) returning a 24-hour bearer token. Credentials are created by an admin at Integrations ▸ API & Webhooks; no partner approval needed for ordinary customers; in fact Guesty asks Marketplace and Channel partners *not* to use the Open API and to contact partnerships instead. Important for polling: Guesty allows a maximum of 5 access tokens per API key per 24 hours, so any integration must cache its token rather than re-authenticate on each request. GET /v1/listings?limit=1 is the lightest health call.
