Graphify on a Mac

Turn a codebase into a queryable knowledge graph (AI coding-assistant skill) · Knowledge & Memory

Graphify turns any folder — source code, SQL schemas, shell/R scripts, docs, papers, images, video — into a queryable knowledge graph that explains what the code does and why. It combines Tree-sitter static analysis with LLM semantic extraction, NetworkX graphs and Leiden community clustering (semantic-similarity edges baked in, no separate embedding step). An open-source (MIT) skill you invoke as /graphify inside AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, OpenClaw, Factory Droid…).
