GitLab on a Mac

Full DevOps platform — repos, MRs, registry (cloud or self-hosted) · Version Control

GitLab is a complete Git platform — repositories, merge requests, issues, a container registry and built-in CI/CD. The server runs on Linux (Omnibus package) or Docker, or use GitLab.com — there's no native macOS server install. Automate with the GitLab API or the glab CLI (brew install glab). Add your instance's address under Remote Instance below to health-check it; its pipelines have a dedicated entry in CI/CD (GitLab CI/CD).

Run GitLab with FrontierStack

FrontierStack lists GitLab in its Version Control catalog. Install or connect it from one place, then monitor its status, ports and certificate, secure it with the firewall and Malware Audit, and back it up.

Run it all from one Mac app.

FrontierStack installs, monitors and secures the whole stack — locally and across your fleet — from a single native macOS app.
