Conftest uses Open Policy Agent's Rego to write tests against structured configuration; Kubernetes manifests, Terraform plans, Dockerfiles, Helm, JSON/YAML/TOML; and fail CI when they violate policy. brew install conftest, then conftest test deployment.yaml. Shift-left policy enforcement for config and IaC.
