Atheme is the IRC services package (NickServ, ChanServ, OperServ…) used by Libera.Chat and many networks; it links to a TS6 ircd (Solanum, InspIRCd, UnrealIRCd, Charybdis) to provide account and channel registration. Build from source, configure atheme.conf with your uplink, and run atheme-services. No port of its own; it connects to the ircd.
