Aligo (operated by 주식회사 알리는사람들) is a prepaid Korean bulk SMS service with a REST-style form-POST API on apis.aligo.in and a separate KakaoTalk API on kakaoapi.aligo.in. The API key is applied for in the web console (문자API 신청) together with registering the sending server's fixed public IPv4 address(es) and a pre-registered caller (sender) number; requests from unregistered IPs are refused for sending. Every call carries key + user_id as form fields (no headers). The KakaoTalk API uses differently named params (apikey/userid) and an extra short-lived token minted from /akv10/token/create/{n}/s/.
