How do I monitor Turso from a Mac?
Turso runs SQLite-compatible databases (libSQL) replicated to regions near your users, with embedded replicas for near-zero-latency local reads and cheap database-per-tenant setups. Cloud-hosted; the turso CLI creates databases and runs a local dev server (turso dev, :8080). Add a platform API token and this pane shows your databases and groups live.
