How do I monitor Microsoft IIS from a Mac?

Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) is Windows Server's built-in web server for ASP.NET, classic ASP, PHP via FastCGI, static sites and reverse-proxy roles. It is remote-only from this Mac: manage it over linked Windows hosts, WinRM/PowerShell or the IIS Manager UI rather than Homebrew.

Microsoft IIS runs on Windows Server, not macOS, so there is nothing to install on the Mac. Link the Windows host to FrontierStack and Microsoft IIS is monitored alongside the rest of your stack, with alerts when it stops answering.
