windows_exporter exposes Windows CPU, memory, disks, networking, services and optional IIS/Hyper-V/SQL Server collectors as Prometheus metrics, normally at :9182/metrics. Install it as a Windows service and let Prometheus scrape it. FrontierStack can identify and open the verified metrics endpoint, but deliberately does not offer lifecycle controls for this remote Windows service.
