Stibee is a popular Korean newsletter service. API keys are per workspace: Workspace name → Workspace settings → API keys → +New (up to 10 keys). API access is plan-gated: subscriber APIs on Standard+, email/group APIs on Pro+, address-book/sender APIs on Enterprise. API v2 (https://api.stibee.com/v2) only accepts keys created on or after 2025-01-21; v1 (https://api.stibee.com/v1) is still used by older integrations. Rate limits: bulk subscriber add 10/min, subscriber list 100/min, others 1,000/min. Enter the credentials below for a live FrontierStack monitor: it checks the key and counts address books.
