Saramin's Open API (oapi.saramin.co.kr) gives read-only access to job postings: Job Search, and search by posting ID. You first apply for use (이용신청) and wait for email approval. You then log in, register an app ([Application] > [앱 등록]), and the access-key appears under [Application] > [내 앱리스트]. The limit is 500 calls per day. Terms forbid reselling, charging users, or sharing keys. Quirk: requests with a curl-like User-Agent get an HTTP 307 to an error page, so send a browser-like User-Agent.
