Register an Application in the NCP Maps console to get a Client ID ('API Key ID') and Client Secret ('API Key'). Current host is maps.apigw.ntruss.com; the older naveropenapi.apigw.ntruss.com host still answers (both returned the same 401 for a bad key). Header names are case-insensitive; docs now print them lower-case. These keys are API-Gateway keys, distinct from NCP IAM access keys.
