flex is a widely used Korean HR platform. Customer admins create credentials in flex Settings > 'Open API 설정' (up to 5), choosing either a Refresh Token credential or a Client Credential (client ID + secret). For each, the admin sets the access-token lifetime, and for client credentials also the credential's own validity period (e.g. 365 days). Secrets are shown only once at creation. Rate limit is 1 request per second. Production base: https://openapi.flex.team/v2/.
