Suricata inspects network traffic against rulesets (ET Open) with multi-threaded performance, emitting rich EVE JSON events. Install with Homebrew; config at etc/suricata/suricata.yaml, update rules with suricata-update, and feed its logs to Wazuh/ELK/Loki (Logging category) for dashboards.
