LuLu (Objective-See) is a free, open-source firewall that alerts on and blocks unknown *outbound* connections — the thing macOS's built-in Application Firewall doesn't do. Install the app cask; rules are managed in its menu-bar UI. The Security pane's firewall section offers one-click install.
